BH Projects Group were contracted to provide three new clinics for an ambitious expansion program. This involved identifying three new buildings, enabling their purchase, obtaining planning permissions and change of use status, and creating and fulfilling the design brief.

Despite a challenging time scale, all three former banks were converted into four surgery practices, each with associated TCO, decontamination suites and training and staff facilities, on time and within budget.
